Offer library
Setting up your offer library
Your offer library stores your standard engagement formats, including scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Once set up, creating proposals takes minutes instead of hours.
What is an offer?
An offer is a reusable engagement template. Think of it as your standard "product," such as a GTM Audit, a Fractional CMO Retainer, or a Strategy Workshop. Each offer stores:
- Title and description
- Deliverables (as a list)
- Timeline
- Pricing
- Best fit notes
When you create a proposal, you can pick from your offer library and the form pre-fills automatically.
Loading default offers
Fractional Workspace ships with 7 default offers built for fractional executives:
- GTM Audit
- Strategy Workshop
- Messaging + Positioning Sprint
- 90-Day GTM Plan
- Fractional CMO Retainer
- Advisory Retainer
- Board / Advisor Role
Go to Settings → Offer Library → Load default offers to add these to your account. Edit them to match your actual pricing and scope.
Adding your own offers
Click + Add Offer from the Offer Library page. Fill in the title, description, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Save it and it immediately becomes available in the proposal picker.
Editing and deactivating offers
Click Edit on any offer to update the details. Click Deactivate to hide it from the proposal picker without deleting it, useful for offers you no longer pitch but want to keep for reference.
Using offers in proposals
When creating a new proposal, look for the 📋 Pick from offer library button above the Scope of Work section. Click it, select an offer, and the proposal form pre-fills with the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing from that offer. You can edit everything after pre-filling.
