Your prospects and clients stay yours.

You can. Every table that holds your work (opportunities, proposals, client workspaces, meeting notes, stakeholders, offers, and updates) has database rules that only let your account read or change your own records. Another user of Fractional Workspace can't see your pipeline or your clients.

Behind the scenes, one person has administrative access to the database: me, Robert Gilbreath, the founder. I only look at account data when you ask for help or when I'm fixing a problem. No contractors, agencies, or other staff have access.

Only the proposal you share with them. Each proposal gets its own long, randomly generated link. Someone with that link can read that one proposal, leave comments on it, and accept it. The link doesn't give access to anything else in your account, and there's no way to browse or list other proposals.

Your client doesn't need an account, and they never see your pipeline, notes, or other clients.

Yes. Everything travels over encrypted HTTPS connections, and our database host encrypts stored data at rest.

When you run an opportunity analysis, draft a proposal, or generate a client update, the relevant notes and workspace details are sent to our AI provider to produce that result. That provider's business terms don't allow it to use the content we send to train its models.

We only send what a feature needs, only when you use that feature.

No, never. We share information only with the service providers that run the product (database hosting, payments, email delivery, and AI processing), and only so they can provide that service to us.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number goes to Stripe directly and is never stored by Fractional Workspace.

On our public website, we use analytics to understand traffic, plus a tool that identifies which companies visit, for sales and marketing.

Inside the app, product analytics record how the product is used, such as which pages you visit and which features you click, tied to your account, so we can see what's working and fix what isn't.

Yes. You can delete opportunities, proposals, and workspaces yourself in the app. To delete your whole account and everything in it, email r@fractionalworkspace.com and I'll take care of it.

Not today. Fractional Workspace is a small, founder-run product, and we'd rather be straightforward about that than overstate it. If you or your client needs a security questionnaire answered, email r@fractionalworkspace.com and I'll answer it directly.
