This Privacy Policy describes how Fractional Workspace (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and application (“the Service”).
Account information: name, email address, and role (e.g. Fractional CMO, Fractional CFO) provided when you sign up or complete onboarding.
Content you provide: prospect notes, proposals, client workspace data, meeting notes, decisions, and any files you upload for analysis or storage within the Service.
Billing information: subscription and payment details are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not directly store your full payment card number.
Usage data: we use website analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website, and a separate company identification service that helps identify the companies visiting our site for sales and marketing purposes. These rely on standard web analytics techniques such as cookies and similar technologies.
Job board and waitlist submissions: if you submit a job posting or join our waitlist, we collect the information you provide in that form, including your name, email, company, and the role you are hiring for or interested in.
We use the information we collect to: provide and operate the Service; process payments and manage subscriptions; generate AI-powered analysis, proposals, and weekly update drafts based on the content you provide; communicate with you about your account, including weekly client update reminders and product updates; respond to feedback and support requests; and understand and improve how the Service is used.
Certain features of the Service send content you provide (such as prospect notes or workspace data) to a third-party artificial intelligence provider to generate analysis, proposals, or draft content. This content is processed to provide the requested feature and is subject to that provider’s own data handling practices for API usage.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: service providers who help us operate the Service, such as our database hosting provider, payment processor, and email delivery provider, each of whom is bound to use the information only to provide services to us; and as required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.
If you submit a job posting to our job board, the information you choose to include in that posting (such as company name and role details) is displayed publicly once the posting is approved and published.
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to identify visiting companies for marketing purposes, as described in Section 2. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the Service functions.
We retain account and workspace information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
You can access, update, or delete most of your account and workspace information directly within the Service. To request deletion of your account or data that you cannot remove yourself, contact us at the email below.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
