Fractional Workspace exists because the tools fractional executives actually needed didn't exist. So we built them.
I've been a fractional executive since 2023. Before that, I spent a decade at ShipStation as founding CMO and later as GM Americas at Auctane, managing a nine-figure P&L, an eight-figure marketing budget, and teams across multiple brands and countries.
When I went fractional, I thought the hardest part would be the work. It wasn't. The hardest part was the operational side of running the practice itself. Prospect notes going nowhere. Proposals built from old Google Docs. Client context scattered across three apps and a Notes file. Weekly updates reconstructed from memory every Friday.
I looked for a tool built for how fractional executives actually work. I didn't find one. So I built Fractional Workspace.
It's not a CRM. It's not a project management app. It's not a proposal tool bolted onto something else. It's a purpose-built workspace for the full engagement lifecycle, from first prospect to final weekly update, designed specifically for operators who manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
