The proposal status moves to Accepted, the linked opportunity automatically advances to Won in your pipeline, and a green 'Start engagement →' banner appears on both the proposal and opportunity pages. Click it to create a client workspace pre-filled with the client details, scope, objectives, and timeline from the proposal.
A client workspace is your operating system for an active engagement. It has action items with due dates, meeting notes (type, paste, or upload a file), a decision log with timestamps, objectives, engagement health status, and a full Engagement History showing the original discovery notes, AI analysis, and signed proposal. Overdue action items surface on your dashboard automatically.
The AI reads your workspace, including focus area, objectives, decisions logged, recent meeting notes, and workspace notes, and drafts a professional client update. You can add notes about what happened this week before generating. Edit the draft, mark it sent, and the next update date advances by seven days automatically. Every update is saved to history.
